Agentic Brand Assets

You already own the brand. Make it produce.

Turn the PDF or Figma file you already have into a file Claude can follow. Leave with a factory that turns out on-brand cards, slides, and banners — without a designer on every pass.

You leave with

A working factory your LLM can run to generate consistent assets

  1. A brand file Claude can follow — how it looks, how it sounds, and what it must never do.
  2. A working factory: you ask for a social card or a slide, and an on-brand one comes out.
  3. A list of the next assets that factory should make, ranked by how often you need them.

The pain

You own the brand. You still wait to make anything.

PDF.md.docx

The brand lives in a PDF or a .fig. Someone on the team owns it. It still cannot make the next card, slide, or banner.

Claude · Cursor · Codex

That file does not tell Claude how to use the logo, the type, or a card. No usage rules. No never-do-this. The agent guesses. You fix it.

Every simple creative is a wait: discard another pass, or ping a designer. The pain is not the manual work. It is that you are not self-sufficient.

What's a brand asset?

What do people actually see?

If people see it — a post, a slide, a banner — it is a brand asset. Pick the rung that matches you.

    • They're the visual and verbal pieces that make a brand recognizable: logo, colors, type, imagery, and voice.
    • Brand assets are everything your brand ships as an image or a page: social cards, OG images, slides, banners.
    • Those pieces get reused as templates — a post, a poster, a slide, an OG image. If it leaves as something people see, it's a brand asset.

Who it's for

Founders, marketers, and designers who still wait to make the next asset.

A good fit

  1. Designers, founders, and marketers who make the same kinds of assets by hand, again and again
  2. A newly formed brand — take it to the next level with AI. That's the workshop working as intended
  3. No code needed. The brand file is structured text and the generator runs as a Claude skill

Not for you if

  1. You want a brand identity designed for you — this builds the system around the brand you already have
  2. You're after one-off prompt tricks, not a system you keep running
  3. Your assets are mostly motion or video — this cohort covers static brand assets first
How it runs

Watch it built. Do it on yours. Bring it back.

Session one · 2 hours

Show & tell: encode the brand

Watch every block built live on a real brand, end to end.

Between sessions

Your turn

Run every block on your own brand — homework, with help in the community.

Session two · 2 hours

Bring your build: the generator

Session two starts from the file and the questions you bring.

Every session is recorded

Teaches

The design in plain terms — brand files, harnesses, and cited synthesis — and the judgment to tell when an agent's output is on-brand enough to ship.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The answers here apply to this workshop.

I just formed a brand — a logo and some colors. Enough?

Yes. Taking a newly formed brand to the next level is the workshop working as intended.

Do I need to code?

No. The brand file is structured text and the generator runs as a Claude skill. Claude Code extends what you can build, but isn't required.

What asset type does the generator produce?

You pick one to build — social/OG cards or slides are the usual first pick. The backlog covers the rest.

Why $499?

It's the introductory-cohort price. The first cohorts shape the format, and the price says so. It rises for later cohorts.

What if the live time doesn't fit my timezone?

Every session is recorded, and the building happens between sessions on your own time. Follow the recording and bring questions to the community.

What should I bring?

Your logo. Your brand colors, even if they're just a few. Three assets you recently made by hand.

Support & community

You're not on your own, during the cohort or after.

The agent and design system are what you build. The room is what you keep.

Async support, all week

The team stays in the group channels through the week, not just on live days.

Optional live AMAs

When chat is not enough, optional live AMAs unblock the room.

The builders you keep

The room is what you keep.
